- Accurate and detailed Placement level examination to know exact details and metrics of the candidate’s linguistic level. Such tests are conducted with latest technologies and computer systems, handled by our internationally certified examiners.
- Joint cooperation with Call Centre companies to elevate the performance and German language level of their employees to achieve better quality scores and results.
- Tailored proposals for Call Centre companies to assess and evaluate the needs of the company and developing potential candidates up until B2 and C1 levels.
- Supervising ÄDK Candidates who have completed their language courses with us and who have been hired from Call Centre companies. An accurate supervision will be done post their hiring to ensure they are on track for the right metrics.
